It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Elizabeth Bowmar of Moatsville, West Virginia, born in Brownton, West Virginia, who passed away on July 7, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John George and Mary Serback (Rusnak); her husband Charles Marshall Bowmar; her grandson J. C. Bowmar; and her siblings, George, Richard, John Edward, Stephen, Joseph, Robert Michael Serback, Betty J. Riley and Sandra Malackanich.
She is survived by: her children, John Christopher Bowmar (Patty Sue) of Philippi, Dianna Karopchinsky (John) of Moatsville and Anita Swisher (Van) of Grafton; her brothers, Paul Serback (Diane) of Philippi and David Serback (Mia) of Florida; her nephew William Serback (Nikki) of Watertown, NY; and also Rosemary (family: Stephan Moats).
