He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Poling (Adams) of Moatsville; his daughters, Kelsie Lewis of Moatsville and Abigail Ann Poling of Moatsville; and his sisters, Linda Sue Mallow (Jerry) and Debra Cheryl Daugherty (Lance).
