She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan D. Waugh and Mottie Waugh (Moore); her husband John W. Nestor Jr.; and her siblings, Natalie Pitzer, Mable Miller and Junior Waugh.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Nestor (Marsha) of Belington, Karen Louise Anderson (Charles) of Beverly and Sandra Adele Haller (Doug) of Philippi; and her brother-in-law Dale Pitzer of Kentucky. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren.
