He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Dutch" Hunt and Opal Kathleen Hunt (Thompson); his siblings, Corrine Thomason, Hazel Marceline Hunt and Harold Franklin "Frank" Hunt; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Darien and Logan Hunt Denver (Badger Coal Co).
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Hunt (Lightner); his children, Diane Hilferding (Larry) of Smyrna Delaware and Robert "Bob" Hunt (Cathy Price); his siblings, Albert Hunt (Winnie) of Carrolton and Agnes Winans (Carl) of Carrolton Six; his grandchildren, Jason Hilferding (Lisa), Keith Hilferding (Hima), Matthew Hilferding, Jeremy Hunt (Taylor), Tyler Hunt (Ashley) and Mckenzie Hunt; and his great grandchildren, William Nash, Chris, Brandon Hilferding, Aadya and Arkin Hilferding. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
