She is survived by: her children, Marc Hoover (Babe) of Moorefield, WV, Byrne Hoover (Bobbi) of Sistersville, WV and Carla Farrell (Jim) of Cowen, WV; her granddaughters, Amber Hoover and Marissa Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Seth and Aizik. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
