He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Kayla King. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Lewis and Cendy Lewis; his children, Asher, Gavin, Kennedy and Savanna; his sisters, Erin Lenio (Jason) of Central City, PA and Jessica Compton (Scott) of Culloden, WV; his brother-in-law Tyson Barnhart (Dani) of New Jersey; and his mother-in-law Vicki Yancey (Ron) of Somerset, PA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
