He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Fortney and Clarene Fortney (Watters). He is survived by: his children, Tony (Ashley), Justin Fortney of New Martinsville, WV and Amber (Sean); his sister Sally Jo Stull (Brent) of Parkersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Litton (Dakota), Seth Bland and Jesse Bland; and his great grandchildren, Amina Litton and Izaiah Litton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
