He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lewis and Mary Lewis (Pittman); and his son Timothy Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Floyd Lewis and Allen Lewis (Renee); his grandchildren, Charlie Lewis, Reba Edgell (Robert), Oscar Lewis, Wesley Lewis, Tara Cross, Allen Dewayne Lewis, Jacob Brewer, Adaline Lewis, Ashley Lewis and Timothy Lewis; and his brother Donald Lewis (Sharon). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
