She is survived by: her sons, John Stevens (Belinda) of Middlebourne, WV and Jay Stevens (Traci) of Williamstown, WV; her brothers, David Stevens (Joyce) of Wick, WV, Roger Stevens (Sandy) of Wick, WV and Larry Stevens (Donna) of Shirley, WV; her grandchildren, Tiffany, John Jr., Payton, Carter and Shea; and her pets, Boo and Scary. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
