She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernadine Ash and Jess Ash; and her son Todd Wayne Stutler. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Allen Stutler; her stepson David Stutler of Ocala, FL; her stepgrandchildren, Stacy Kash and Tyler Stutler; her nieces, Nariman Todd (Alton) and Yasmin Zughni; her great-niece Kamilah Todd; her great-nephews, Seth Park and Caleb Keys; her friend Alan Parks; her caregivers, David Stutler and Yasmin Zughni; and also Sharon Keys Powers.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Wilbur Cemetery, where generations of Elaine's Ash and Keys ancestors are interred, via mail to Crystal Ratcliff, 610 Boreman Ave., Middlebourne, WV 26149.
