She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Paul and Opal Claire Moore; and her brother Lemuel Moore (Bud). She is survived by: her husband Earl; her sons, Larry Fletcher (Betty) of Alma, WV, Terry Fletcher (Cathy) of Alma, WV, Garry Fletcher (Sue) of Belpre, OH and Barry Fletcher (Andrea) of Buckhannon, WV; her grandchildren, Angie Yeater, Teresa Fletcher, Tracy Smith, Melinda Walton, Brooke Albright, Jay Fletcher, Amy Postlethwait, Austin Fletcher, Levi Fletcher and Seth Fletcher; and her siblings, Pamela Farhatt (David) and Rodney Moore. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Barbara's unwavering faith in her Heavenly Father, is the foundation upon which she's built her life.
