He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Henry and Thelma Bolyard (Catlett); his daughter-in-law Brenda Bolyard; and his grandson Christopher Miller. He is survived by: his children, Megan Cooke (Gregory), Bradley Bolyard (Chrystal) and Matthew Bolyard; his grandchildren, McKena Cooke, Kiley Cooke, Katherine Idler (Nicholas), Andrew Bolyard (Cassidy), Emma Bolyard, Amber Hall, Jacob Barcomb and Gabrielle Kabat; his great grandchildren, Walker Idler, Ayden and Avery Hall; his sister-in-law Alice Rosalie Thompson; his niece Pamela Thompson; his siblings-in-law, Robert, Charlene Bolyard, William, Norma Bolyard, Gary and Sandra Bolyard; his extended family, Hunter Martin and Chrissy Nelson; and his brother-in-law Raymond Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
