He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph Brower and Ruth Edith Fielding Brower; and his brother Donald L. Brower. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Brower, Lori Brower and Bobbi Lynn Brower; his grandchildren, Lilianna, Reganne, Haylie, Brayden, Alexander and Jacob; his great grandchild Aviara; and his brothers, Edward C. Brower and Rev. Ronald W. Brower.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the America Red Cross in his honor.
