He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Victor McFillan, Sr. and Kathleen Fravel Houck; and his siblings, Gary Fravel, James "Louie" McFillan and Betty McFillan Terwilligar.
He is survived by: his wife Michele "Shelly" Adams McFillan; and his children, Sebrina McFillan Newell, Greg McCulley, Tina McFillan Shelton (Don), Marion Victor McFillan, III (Michelle), Christopher McCulley (Rhonda), Kelly McFillan and Jason McCulley (SuAnna). He is also survived by relatives and his cousins who were like his brothers.
