She is survived by: her children, Johnny Adams Jr. of Columbus, OH and Tabatha Adams; her grandchildren, Mari-Jane Pritt of Columbus, OH, Jazmin Cruz of Clarksville, TN, Celeste Gibson of Spanish Fork, UT, William Gibson of Brunswick, GA, Ethan Levine of Columbus, OH and Ryder; her great grandchildren, Kevin Hockenberry of Columbus, OH, Alana, Aria, Avaya Cruz of Clarksville, TN and Dax Thomas of Spanish Fork, UT; and her sister Sally Dillon of New Lexington, OH..
