She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lou Ellen Phillips, Sampson and Gladys Goldizen; and her aunts and uncles, Janet, Linda, Bob and Larry.
She is survived by: her parents, Rev. Fred and Barbara Phillips Goldizen; and her grandfather Claude Phillips Sr. of Marlinton. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
