She was predeceased by: her parents, Seebert Franklin and Mary Margie Wolfe Wilfong; her husband Clarence "Bubbles" Cutlip; and her siblings, Dorothy Boggs, Katherine Rimel, Geneveve Wilfong, Eva Galford, Michael Wolfe, Clarence Wilfong, Willard Wilfong, Richard Wilfong and Harry Wilfong.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Goldizen (late Robert "Bob"), Barbara Williams, Barry "Dick" Cutlip, Randolph "Frank" Cutlip (Vicky) and Terry Cutlip; and her brother Boyd Wilfong (Erma) of Marlinton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
