It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheif Everette Lee Tinney of Marlinton, West Virginia, born in Page, West Virginia, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter F. Tinney and Effie E. Miller Tinney; his wife Drema McCall Tinney; his daughter Susan Dawn Tinney; and his brothers, Alden and Edward Tinney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Perkins (Eric) of Marlinton, Patty Ann Sharp (Brian Cool) of Huttonsville and Robyn Lea Beverage of Marlinton; his brothers, Homer A. Tinney (Rose) of Petersburg and Connice C. Tinney (Candy) of Columbus, OH; and his aunt Phyllis Cartè. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren, and twenty one great grandchildren.
