He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Vance and Dorthy Vance (Harless); his wife Anna Ruth Vance; his son Kenneth Eldon Vance; and his siblings, Edward Ray Vance and Norma Marie Vance.
He is survived by: his sister Nora Eunice Vance Brown of Stollings; his cousin Frankie Combs of Man; and his niece Lura Jean Butcher. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
