He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard R. Miller and Wilma Lula Wilson Miller; and his grandson Sky. He is survived by: his wife Betty Winston Miller; his children, Willard C. Miller, Jr. (Serena) of Monks Corner, SC, Misty Kay Riley (Brent) of Orrtanna, PA and Joy Miller of Kingwood; his siblings, Tommy Paul Miller (Chickie) of Uniontown, PA, Joseph R. Miller (Barbara) of Kingwood and Charlene Everly of Masontown; his son-in-law Mike Golden of Reedsville; his grandchildren, Dusty, R. J., Kaitlyn, Buddy, Boone and Kaylyn; and his pet Bebe.
