He is survived by: his parents, Warren A Kelley II and Marcia Elaine Hovatter Kelley; his sons, Ethan Andrew Kelley and Ian Alexander Kelley; his brother Ralph Clifton Kelley (Jocelyne); and his nieces and nephews, Thomas, Radolph and Jolie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
