With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Masters (Kingwood, West Virginia), born in Hazelton, West Virginia, who passed away on February 11, 2020 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Guthrie and Nellie Casteel Guthrie; her son Marvin D. Silbaugh, Jr.; and her siblings, Mildred Dewitt, Alberta Cuppet, Margaret Crothers, Betty Shafer, Johnny J. Guthrie, Donald Guthrie, Clarence Casteel and Wayne Casteel.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Masters (Chuck); her daughter Tammy Silbaugh Hunter of Morgantown; her stepsons, Charles Masters (Chucky) of Terra Alta and Travis Masters (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Nicki Summers Durschlag, Vicki Summers Nieman, Angel Wiles and Jonathan Wotring; and her siblings, Dale Casteel of Erie, PA, Burley Casteel of Bruceton Mills, Hazel Fike of Farmington, PA, Lucy Silbaugh of Bruceton Mills and Peggy Huff of Hagerstown, MD.. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
