He is survived by: his fiancée Martha Marshall of Kingwood; his children, Jonathan Mitchell (Jane) of Australia, Chris Marshall (Susie) of Allentown, PA, Brad Marshall (Shirl) of Nashville, TN and Jennifer Mitchell of Florida; his uncle Andy Lipscomb; his child Terra Alta; and his pets, Lady, Molly and Jack. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
