He is survived by: his parent Flora Chadderton Haines; his wife Dortha Williams Haines; his son Kris Haines (Kelly) of Hollywood, MD; his grandchildren, Lila and Asher; and his brother James Haines (Drenda) of Cresaptown, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
