He is survived by: his mother Jane Foster (Wolf); his wife Toby Ann Foster (Benson); his daughters, Jenna Marie Smith of Kingwood and Rheannon Rogue Foster of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Serenity Paige Foster and Kylo John Wolf Foster; and his siblings, Jamie Earl Foster (late Vickie) and Debra Kathryne Smith (Roscoe) of Baltimore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
