It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Shrout of Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Wesley and Helen Gertrude Shrout (DeBerry); and his siblings, Richard Shrout, Bob Shrout, Junior Shrout, Oliver Shrout, Dennis DeBerry, Gertrude Radabaugh, Kay DeBerry, Bonnie Haddix, Betty Harris and Evelena Stemple.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mae Shrout (Miller); his children, Toby James Shrout of Kingwood and Christina Marie Shrout of Kingwood; his siblings, Preston (Billy Jo Shrout) of Reedsville and Wilma Shrout of Kingwood; and his grandsons, Noah William and Mason Allen Shaffer of Kingwood.
