It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacquelyn Shay of Kingwood, West Virginia, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Newsome and Lena May Fields; her parents-in-law, Eddie and Eleanor Shay; and her siblings, Gary, Gerald, Rick Newsome and Sheila Haney (Fields).
She is survived by: her husband Jim Shay; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Morgan Baylor, Will, Owen and Jackson Shay; her stepfather Harry Fields III of Kanes Creek; her sister Sharon McMillen (Pat) of Morgantown; her sisters-in-law, Linda Shay of Myrtle Beach, SC, Diana Newsome (Cartwright) of Reedsville and Candy Wolfe (Bob) of Reedsville; and also, Jenny Baylor (Scott) of Gladesville, Jay Shay (April) and Larry Haney of Kingwood. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
