Isabelle Gowarty Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabelle Gowarty of Kingwood, West Virginia, born in Somerset, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemon Elsworth and Violet Snyder Berkey; her husband James Gowarty; and her siblings, Dorsey "Mike" Berkey, Bertha "Bobby" Holt and Sara Zerfoss.
She is survived by: her brother Paul Berkey of Berlin, PA; and her granddaughter Hannah Gowarty. She is also survived by several brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and her Godchildren.
In Pat's memory, the family asked that donations be made to the Catholic Churches of Preston County.
