He is survived by: his children, Angela (Todd Johnson), Lisa Roth (Danny), Kristy (Michael Bishoff) and Lacinda (Bill Wiles); his grandchildren, Ashley, Josh Pedro, Bethany, Jordan Kowalkoski, Amber, Hunter Fisher, Alexis, Brandon Carr, Megan Johnson, CJ Kerns, Shawn Bishoff, Nicholas Roth, Josie Wiles and Carson Westfall; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Kolby Pedro, Aubrey Draper, Rylan, Liam Kowalkoski and Lincoln Carr; his niece Dolly Hixenbaugh; his nephew Jamie Patterson; and his siblings, Roy, Johnny, Larry, Jesse and Ada Hixenbaugh. He is also survived by his wife, daughters and grandchildren.
