She was predeceased by: her parents, Ersel W. Lantz and Evaleen Frances Shaffer Lantz; her siblings, Frances "Dutch" Lantz and Dale W. Lantz; and her uncle Donavon Shaffer.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Amanda Brown, Dawn Gentry, Roger L. Walker and Donovan Lantz; and her friend Roxanne Hare.
