He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Freeman and Virginia June Lewis (Martin); his wife Constance Ann Lewis (Isner); and his sister Shirley Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Scott E. (Elizabeth Lewis), James A. "Jamie" (Angel Lewis), Robert L. (Christina Lewis), Julie A. Lewis of Morgantown and Shari L. (Alan Eastep); his brother Ronald (Janice Lewis) of Kingwood; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Tyler, Louie, Tori, Ryan and Emily.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Edward's memory to the Preston County Humane Society, P.O. Box 395, Kingwood, WV 26537.
