He is survived by: his mother Tammy Jo Phares (Ben Phares) of Kingwood; his brother Benjamin Phares IV; his stepsister Crystal Phares; his uncle John Lynch; his aunt Sonya Weimer; his grandmother Ann Swiger Butcher; and his niece Cadence Phares.
