He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Michael, Terri Shaffer, Dena, Eric Larew, Nichole and Jason Carrico; and his siblings, David Shaffer (Darlene) of Bruceton Mills, Mike Shaffer (Nancy) of Terra Alta, James Wagner (Sandra) of Rowlesburg, Raymond Wagner of Rowlesburg, Ralph Wagner (Daphene) of Reedsville, Beverly Shaffer of Rowlesburg and Tammy Wagner of Terra Alta.
