He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fullmer Bolinger; his children, Mark E. Bolinger (Maria) of Hendersonville, TN, Jo Beth Martin (Rick) of Covington, VA and Heidi Larue (Joe) of Kingwood; his siblings, John Bolinger (Diana) of Albright, Jean Gibson (Denzil) of Albright and Sue Bishop of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Maggie, Cody, Kristen, T. J. (Tommy), Courtney Dewitt (Nick), Julie Smith (Jordan) and Allison; his great grandchild Theo; and his great great grandchildren, Lydia and Calvin.
