She is survived by: her children, Drexal L, Diane M Howell (Balsinger) and George D Balsinger III; her grandchildren, Jason E, Michelle Howell (Liston), Gregg and Rebecca M Tenney (Howell); and her great grandchildren, Jaden E Howell, Gavin Porter and Cooper Porter.
During the visitation and funeral, social distancing will be observed and masks are required.
