She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sagal and Mary Sagal (Corbacio); her son Sgt. William K. Spotts, III; and her siblings, Frank Sagal, Jr., Nancy L. Faulk and Eleanor Broadwater.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Spotts of Keyser, Karen Sue Caponiti (Phil) of Brooklyn, NY and Maria Burgess (Andy Cosner) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Ryan Spotts (Jocelyn), Cody Spotts (Cheyanne), Austin Burgess, Brady Spotts and Alexis Spotts; her great grandchildren, Easton Spotts, Elora Spotts and Veronica Spotts; and her siblings, Joseph Sagal, Mary Frances Hickman (Carlos), Barbara Ravenscroft (Charles) and Kathy Finnell (Thomas). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
