He is survived by: his wife Janet Delores Hartman (Whetzel); his children, Denise Clayton (Tim) of Junction, WV, Donna Hartman of Junction, WV, Debbie Williams (Bill) of Keyser, Stephanie Kaiser (Donald) of Green Spring, WV, Mike Miller (Cathy) of Cumberland, MD, Karen Bishop (Bob) of Cumberland, MD and Janet McKenney (Keith) of Cumberland, MD; his siblings, Carol Jean Ramsay of Romney, Theodore E. Hartman (Amy) of Fountain, WV and Carl Joe Hartman (Jeannie) of Heathsville, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Rose Hartman of Burlington and Marvin Whetzel of Keyser.
