She is survived by: her close friend Rich Baker; her children, Donald Oates of Keyser and Lois Spencer (Leon) of Keyser; her grandchildren, Josh, Jeremiah, Aaron Weasenforth, Crystal Oates Kubitz, Jessica, Deanna and Matt Oates; her nephew Eddie Oates; and her niece Sonia Baker (Andy).
