Robert E. Dorsey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2022, at the age of 93, Robert E. Dorsey of Keyser, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert E. Dorsey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Dorsey, Sr. and Florence Dorsey (Junkins); his wives, Patricia Dorsey (Collins) and Janet Y. "Bonnie" Dorsey (Blackburn); his son Brian D. Dorsey; and his siblings, Don Junkins, Mary Janice Wippel, Vivian J Hovatter, Joseph Patrick Dorsey, Eugene "Case" Dorsey and Sandra Kirtley.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Kevin Dorsey (Paula) of Keyser, Shaun Patrick Dorsey (Robin) of Keyser and Dr. Daniel C. Dorsey; his stepchildren, John Fanto, II and Pam Schade; his grandchildren, Caitlin Logsdon, Ian, Michaela, Grace, Diana Dorsey, Allyssa Haggerty, Katie and Adam Galbraith; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Naverelle; and his brother-in-law Marion Dorsey. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial Contributions may be made in honor of Mr. Dorsey to the J. Edward Kelley Society, P.O. Box 1274, Keyser, WV 26726 Friends will be received on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at the Markwood Funeral Home from 2-4pm and 6-8pm with a Christian Wake Service following at 8:00pm.
