He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Bailey and Helen Elizabeth Bailey (Tucci). He is survived by: his children, Shannon E. Cutter (Adam) of Keyser and Shane M. Bailey (Jessica Lovette) of Romney, WV; his grandchildren, Kori Cutter, Leah Loya, Jodi Ewell, Jordan Wade Bailey, Kaleb Cutter and Morgan Cutter; and his great grandchildren, Kortis Hamilton, Gracie Hamilton and Terra Bothwell. He is also survived by his family and friends.
