She was predeceased by: her parents, Zola May (Self) and Fredrick Ray Smith, Sr.; her sisters, Ruth Gochenour and Freeda Pence; and her son-in-law Charles H. Hartman.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Jerome Oates; her daughters, Judith (Hartman) and Julie L. Mann (John E.) of Zelienople, PA; her siblings, Fredrick Ray Smith, Jr., Mary Alice Whaley and Betty Mallow; her granddaughters, Abby J. Bennett and Tanis E Ridenour (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Connor Maxwell Bennett, Hampton James Ridenour and Asher Jude Ridenour.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in honor of Pauline May Oates to the Calvary United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 297, Keyser, WV 26726, The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at the Markwood Funeral Home from 11:00am -1:00pm.
