He was predeceased by: his parents, William Monterville and Edith Standley (Tinder); his wife Linda L. Standley (Mitter); his grandson Curtis Thompson; and his siblings, Carl, Ronnie, Benny, Jerry Standley and Sharon Cordova.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Ann Thompson (Standley) and Howard Michael Standley; his grandchildren, Jennifer Davy, Daniel, David Thompson and Caitlyn Standley; his great grandchild Gage Thompson; and his sisters, Virginia Marsh and Willene Wise.
