She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard James and Edna Ilene Talbert (Blankenship); and her siblings, Rose Harper, Dorlene Layman, Darlene Talbert, Sandra Talbert, Charles, Ricky and Steve Talbert.

She is survived by: her children, Alyssa Talbert of Keyser, Tommy Strickland, Jr. of Keyser and Carlie Strickland of Wheeling, WV; and her siblings, Stanley Talbert of New Creek, WV, Connie Talbert of Richwood, Kathy Broadwater of Westernport, MD, Ruth Seale of Virginia, Ruby Steward of Virginia and Judy Stanley of Cumberland, MD. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
