He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Jessie and Helen Jessie (Finley) of Virginia; and his siblings, Barbara Jessie, Shirley Dokes, Richard Jessie, Donald Jessie, Wanzel Jessie, Sr. and Leslie Jessie.
He is survived by: his children, Kenzel J. Jessie, Jr., Helen Mency (Darrin) and Florence Jessie; his siblings, Shelby Dokes, Ruby Redmond and Greg Jessie (Kay); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Jessie and Virginia Jessie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to defray expenses.
