He was predeceased by: his parents, Conward Maurice Miller and Velma Rose Sullivan (Yoder); his wife Candence "Candy" J. Miller; his stepfather Fredrick A. Sullivan, Sr.; his brother Jay Miller; his grandparents, Walter Yoder and Peg Porter-Yoder; and his stepgrandmother Mary Yoder.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeannie Harris (Ed); his brothers, Steve Miller and Fred Miller; and his stepsiblings, Fred Sullivan, Jr., Craig Sullivan and Debbie Sullivan. He is also survived by sister-in-laws, a brother-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
