He is survived by: his father James M. Spiker (Debbie Spiker); his wife Wendi R. Spiker (Parish); his son Ian Spiker; his siblings, Eric Spiker and Jaime Arthur (Daniel); his father-in-law Stephen; his sister Stephanie Shank (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Chase Davis, Makailyn, Makenzie, Makenna Spiker, Aileah and Alyssa Arthur; his great-nephew Nolan Cook; his friends, Dennis Hubbard, Brian Michael, Randy, Josh Crowe, Micah and Jillian Reel; and his family, Rodney Cannon, Bob Gordon, Aaron Gordon, Josh Gordon, Reuban Marshall, Steve Billmyer and Don Gordon. He is also survived by his son endlessly and his family and friends.
