He is survived by: his mother Carla Dawn Hastings (Calemine) of Keyser; his wife Vicki L. Hastings (Mason); his children, Jessica Hastings of Keyser, Tori Hastings of Keyser, Marleigh Hastings of Keyser, Howard James Hastings, IV of Keyser, Kyleigh Hastings of Keyser and Andrew Joseph Hastings of Keyser; his stepson Ricky Kaiser of Keyser; his grandchildren, Jayden, Camden and Lynora Hudson; and his stepgranddaughter Allie Kaiser. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
