He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Mayhew and Helen Mayhew (Teets). He is survived by: his wife Anna Mary Mayhew (Bittinger); his children, Yvonne Lewis (Fred), Rose Whetzel (John), Lisa Wilkins (Wilbert), Jason Mayhew (Crissy) and Gerald Mayhew, Jr. (Briana); and his sister Judy Gordon (Harvey). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
