Gerald Keith Butler Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Keith Butler Sr. of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Piedmont, West Virginia, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Marguerite Butler (Welch); his wife Beulah Marie Butler (Mayhew); his son Gerald Keith Butler, Jr.; and his siblings, Richard K. "Dick" Butler and Barbara Allamong.
He is survived by: his daughter Lucinda "Cindy" Butler; his sisters, Diane Lease (Ronnie), Margo Savage (Dennis) and Peggy Leatherman (EA); and his close friend Catherine Rice. He is also survived by his family and friends.
Mr. Butler's wishes were that his remains be donated to The Human Gift Registry of West Virginia University.
