We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2022, at the age of 63, Elvin Clifford Watkins of Keyser, West Virginia, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emma Jean Watkins (McFarland) and Warren Watkins; his daughter Porsche Watkins; his wife Terri Watkins; his children, Shayla Watkins, Autumn Miller (Mark), Taylor Watts, Lyric Watkins and Issiah Clark; his siblings, Bishop Kenneth Watkins (Shannon), Jacob Joel Watkins, Priscilla Jean Marshall (James) and Debbie Cockrell (Lamont); and his nephew Kenny Watkins, Jr.. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
